About the Project

Commencing in April, residents of the Thunderbird neighbourhood will have the opportunity, with the supervision and facilitation of artist-in-residence, Corinna Hanson and artist-intern Paola Antia, to participate in learning the ancient art of mosaic.

During this project we will be creating a large glass mosaic mural to be installed in the main stairwell. This is an opportunity for everyone to participate and brighten up the community centre interior making it more inviting.

The entire project process will be documented with photos here on our blog so check back regularly.
